Frequently Asked Questions

How do I log my steps?
You can log your steps once per day. We recommend logging at the end of the day or the next day, based on your step counter or device. You can edit your steps in the history section, and any changes will adjust your EXP and create a feed entry with the difference.
Can I add steps multiple times a day?
No, you can only add your steps once per day. The idea is to log your total steps for the day to accurately track your daily progress.
What is the workout tracker used for?
The workout tracker is used to log your gym or workout sessions. You can track both weight training and cardio. You name your workout session and add exercises as you go.
How do I log a weight training workout?
To log a weight training workout, first name your session. Then, add exercises by entering the workout name, weight used, and reps. You can add multiple sets for each exercise by clicking "Add Set," which will default to the same weight and reps for convenience. For bodyweight exercises, enter 0 in the weight field.
How do I log a cardio workout?
To log a cardio workout, enter the distance and time for your activity. You can add multiple cardio activities during the same session, mixing them with weight training if needed.
What happens if I edit my steps?
If you edit your steps in the history section, your EXP will be recalculated, and a new entry will be added to your feed showing the difference in steps.
Is there a database of pre-set workouts?
Currently, there is no database of pre-set workouts. You have complete freedom to name and track your exercises as you prefer.
Can I track fasting?
Fasting tracking is a feature currently under development. Stay tuned for updates!
Can I mix cardio and weight training in one session?
Yes, you can mix and match both cardio and weight training in a single workout session. The workout tracker allows you to log both types of activities in the same session.
